Landlord Benefits

It is the intent of the Municipal Housing Agency to provide affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing to low income families that will promote economic mobility and a suitable living enviroment free from discrimination.

MHA is accepting applications for public housing. Once an application is completed, the agency will begin processing the application to determine eligibility. If an applicant is deemed eligible the applicant will be placed on a waiting list.
